Be sure to include the following details in your email: Airline Flight number Arrival date Arrival time Number of passengers Approximate luggage amount Any special requests (I.e baby car seat) We will confirm price, pick up and contact details for the transfer. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes. The cost will be added to your account. Easy peasy!

Yes, it's as easy as speaking to one of our friendly staff members who can help make arrangements, book transfers and set up activities for you. Alternately you can book activities when making your booking, just ask our helpful reservations team.

We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. For most activities its best to book 1-2 days in advance. Some activities can be booked on the day - The falls walk, village tours and bungee jumping. Our advise: book activities as soon as you know your travel dates, especially during peak season (June-October) Our reservation team can help you plan the best itinerary to suit your plans!

Yes! We can help you make bookings for day trips to activities both in Zambia and Botswana. We can also provide you with information about the necessary visa needed to visit both countries. Please note that if you're travelling with children you will need to travel with their unabridged birth certificate.
